- USA Pans is family-owned and committed to the highest standards of innovation, quality, and durability. Their pans have been used for decades by professional bakers; now they’re available to home bakers like you.
- Anodized aluminum pizza pan offers superior bakeability. Dark pan browns crust better; and anodized aluminum is absolutely non-reactive, so acidic pizza sauce won’t produce any “off” flavors.
- Pan features rolled edges with internal steel wires, for extra strength and good grippability.
- This is a substantial, thick-gauge pan; it won’t warp or buckle, even in a 450°F oven.
- 14” x ½”-deep pan is the ideal size for thin crust pizza.

I now have 3 of these pans and I love them. I did a lot of research because I absolutely didn't want to mess with a pizza stone. These have been awesome! I sprinkle a little semolina on them before placing the shaped dough. No sticking and we get a beautiful crust. I bake them on on the convection setting at 450° for 15 minutes. I've been using your sourdough pizza crust recipe as well! No more takeout pizza for us!

The pan is durable and should last forever but I will stop using it after four thin crust pizzas. Each time no matter how I oiled the pan the pizza crust stuck and had to be scraped off.

I used it once and the pizza came out very good, the crust was perfectly baked all around and golden on the bottom, it is reallly a nice product, will use again and again...

I love the sturdiness and ease of cleaning this pan. It does a great job of baking a really crisp pizza crust, too. I highly recommend this item.

This is a very nice pan. It is very sturdy. Question on it though, does anyone know if it is dishwasher safe? The manufacturer advises handwashing with hot soapy water. Tara@KAF
