Cake Princess from KAF Community

This nut flour took my almond cookies and my cup cakes to a higher level. The fact that they are toasted gave the cookies and cup cakes a very refined flavor. I also used this in my graham cracker crust for cheese cake squares.

I use this often for crumb crusts for pies, desserts and cheesecakes, especially when I want a flour-free crust. Excellent product. Always keep in my pantry.

I only order almond flour from KAF to be sure that I get a fresh & good, quality product. I use it primarily for french macaroons. I've always been pleased with KAF baking ingredients!

YUM! What great flavor for a crust. I used it instead of a basic cheesecake crust to avoid carbs and it was delicious.

I have begun adding this to my Christmas baking, specifically a cookie we call sandies - butter, flour, sugar, almonds. The toasted almond flour enhances the almond flavor wonderfully.

I have a question about this item. I have a recipe that calls for Almond Meal to make homemade marzipan. Do you know whether Almond Flour would work? Thanks, Pam

Wonderful product! I substituted some of this for the flour in a Biscotti recipe, and it really added to the flavor and the texture was perfect.
