Toasted coconut cake... Heaven!
We like our lightly (dextrose) sweetened Toasted Shredded Coconut, golden brown and crunchy, is a sublime topping for iced cakes or cookies, bars and, of course, toasted coconut doughnuts. In 8-ounce bag, about 2 1/4 cups.

I have never been able to find this topping in a store. I've only seen it as toppings for ice cream/frozen yogurt in shops. I love it and "King Arthur Flour's" brand of toasted coconut is absolutely delicious. I love the sweet crunchy taste. You will not be disappointed!
