This was way much more economical than buying those teeny bottles in the supermarket. These are fantastic to use for the Crunchy Breadsticks and Crunchy Semolina Bread.

I don't know why toasted sesame seeds are so hard to find where I live, but they're pretty uncommon and come in tiny bottles when I can find them. Not enough if I'm making bread or breadsticks. Yes, I can toast my own, but this is so much easier and a lot more consistent.
