Rich coconut flavor. The BEST! I substituted this for sweetened coconut and the cookies were 10 times better - more coconut flavor, great texture. Delicious.

I love this coconut! I use it in place of sweetened coconut in almost every recipe. Wonderful flavor & I don't miss the sweetened part at all.

I used the store brand coconut for macaroons and the shred was too large for the piping bag. This coconut is perfect and finely shredded to make beautiful macaroons! I will always keep this in my pantry.

Use this all the time in my recipes. Great with your Granola recipe. Like the taste so much better then the sweetened coconut typically used in recipes.

I like how "real" this coconut tastes - not masked by a large amount of sugar. Very fresh tasting, and sooo much better than your usual grocery store brand. Love it in granola and German Chcolate Cakes.
