Received this as a gift from a thoughtful friend because I make sugar free items for my husband. WOW!!! SO much more coconut flavor! We thought it would be LESS flavorful because it is unsweetened......we were dead wrong! WONDERFUL in No Sugar added Pineapple muffins, and in strawberry/coconut ice cream.....THE BEST! MUCH more coconut flavor and love the "shaggy" texture.A++++ It toasted beautifully, too: really "toasty" flavor, rather than the caramel overtones from sweetened flakes.
