I have become a vanilla junkie with the awesome vanillas offered at KAF and this Vanilla Bean Paste may be my new favorite! The taste and depth is amazing, it takes my baking to a new level. A tip to make it easier to use, spray your measuring spoon first with non-stick spray and the vanilla paste will slide right out. ;)

I liked the flavor but didn't like that I had to use a knife to scrape it all out of a measuring spoon since it has a texture like honey.

FABULOUS!!! I've been a professional cake decorator for 33 years. I wish I'd discovered this product years ago. I love vanilla and I simply won't use anything else anymore. I can't imagine how they can sell this "nectar of the gods" for this price. It's loaded with vanilla bean seeds. I get raves about my baked goodies and ice Cream and just smile because I know what my secret weapon is! Now you do to.

This one product will make all the difference in so many of your baked goods. I can't recommend it highly enough. Your buttercream frosting will taste like melted vanilla ice cream. "White cake" that used to taste like just that "white cake" now taste like deep rich vanilla. This extract is so good that in addition to licking your fingers while your baking I swear you could pour it like syrup on pancakes, pound cake, waffles and ice cream!!

In addition to ice cream this paste works very well when making whip cream in the N20 charged dispensers. The flavor is great and you can see the vanilla seeds suspended in the whip cream.

Great stuff, but I use less than they recommend for substituting extract. I made a vanilla ice cream with this that was really too strongly flavored.

Huge vanilla flavor with the ease of use. Far surpasses any extract I have ever used. This is all I use in baking. Even put in my morning capuccino milk just before frothing!

Adds a depth of flavor to baking, frostings and home made ice cream that is rarely experienced without adding fresh vanilla beans. I can't recommend this product highly enough... It's the difference between good and Fabulous!

I love this stuff!!! Use it anywhere i use vanilla, but adds a greater depth of flavor than regular vanilla. Also really good if you whisk together 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt, 2 tbl sour cream, 1 tbl 1/2 and 1/2 and a tsp of vanilla bean paste, then toss with fresh strawberries or cherries! yum!

I LOVE this paste!!! The flavor it adds to my baking and beverages is phenomenal. It measures easily and tastes great.
