Really enjoy this product. I added it to my homemade hot cocoa mix. It dissolved well and flavored the cocoa very nicely. I tried the vanilla sugar - but it got hard and clumpy - this has stayed free-flowing so far. Will be keeping this around for sure!

Great addition to milk shakes or coffee. Also a good vanilla flavor booster without having to add extra liquid.

Use this instead of the liquid vanilla for when you do not want to add color to your product. Long lasting self life.

Added this to my at home batch of homemade low-carb hot chocolate mix and DH was in heaven. A great product when you don't want even a hint of alcohol or other carrier taste. Love it! Sprinkle it with a little powdered sugar on top of a chocolate mousse made with dark chocolate and you have a great change up in textures.

This is my "secret ingredient" to a good milkshake. I put a little in and it totally boosts the vanilla flavor. Also, it's great in meringue cookies. ;)

This product is wonderful for making vanilla yogurt. I find that vanilla extract prevents my yogurt from getting thick and this powder adds a perfect flavor (1 Tbsp per quart of yogurt) without affecting the texture.

When making whipped cream, I use powdered vanilla and powdered sugar and find that any left over whipped cream doesn't melt as does that using liquid vanilla and granulated sugar. Just put left-overs in a container and refrigerate. Next day, Ta-Daa! As good as the day before. Great stuff!!

This powder is terrific when making whip cream in the N2O charged dispensers. Also - dissolve around 3 ( you may need to play with this amount ) dashes of this powder in a small amount of water in your favorite drinking glass, add crushed ice and one bottle of Mexican bottled Coke-a-Cola and mix well. This will make the best vanilla coke you have ever had. Be sure to dissolve the powder first as it tends to clump in the in Coke.
