I add this ingredient to a wide variety of recipes from macaroni and cheese, pizza dough, baked ziti, and a cheese sauce (just to name a few). It gives a wonderful flavor and creaminess and it is a must for any well stocked pantry!

We cannot be without this in our pantry! Our boys just love this for "boxed" mac 'n' cheese, a cheaper and healthier version than the kind we can buy off the shelves. It is also good in pizza crust, on popcorn, and in recipes calling for grated parmesan cheese.

Fantastic flavor! I use on cooked veggies, baked potatoes, but my most favorite is to sprinkle it on air popped pop corn. Macaroni and cheese made with this cheese is also good.
