My daughter is in the Peace Corps in West Africa. Of the comfort items we send, your Vermont Cheese Powder is her very favorite.

This product is great because I can make mac & cheese with whole wheat pasta or other fun pasta shapes and feel good about what I'm feeding my kids. I like the fact that there aren't any weird ingredients in it. Both my 2 year old and 5 year old prefer it over the "yellow" mac & cheese. I haven't tried the powder in any other recipes yet, but I plan to!

This makes the best "instant" mac & cheese ever. I love how I can make a small portion just for me. It's also great on popcorn and sprinkled on a toasted bagel. YUM!

I've enjoyed this product on popcorn and to make mac & cheese. However, when I tried the KAF scalloped potato recipe which uses the cheese powder (I did not add the salt suggested in the recipe) the result was so salty that I had to throw most of it away. I think it's the only KAF product I've not enjoyed and I'll keep it around for popcorn, but NOT for the scalloped potato recipe.

I LOVE this stuff. It makes fantastic mac&cheese and it is so much better than any boxed product. It works very nicely with whole wheat pasta. I've even made cheesy brown rice with it. I highly recommend this cheese powder. You can't go wrong with it.

This is absolutely delicious. I added 1/3 cup to my buttermilk biscuit recipe and increased the butter from 2T to 4T and they were unbelievable! And eaten cold the next day-the cheddar flavor did not fade away. I will never be without this in my kitchen.

YES!!! This stuff is awesome! My picky 5 year old eats it. No -- you don't get it. I mean the only-eats-12-things-total picky kid ACTUALLY EATS THIS. I can slip whole-wheat pasta past her when I use this powder to make mac&cheese. It's been an absolute salvation because I don't have to make a whole box of that orange junk. This lets me mix up just the amount I need. I'll be a devoted Vermont Cheese Powder fan forever. Or at least until we hit our Vegan Phase about 8 years from now.

This makes the very best 'instant' mac and cheese. I keep it in a sealed bag in the freezer.
