WOW - this cinnamon is really the best. I made a recipe of mine for Sour Cream Streusel Muffins and used this in the Streusel. It was terrific. And I must add the the Mexican Vanilla extract used also has become a favorite.

I purchased this to try. I will never buy another type of cinnamon. This is the most delicious tasting I have ever eaten. I put it on my apple and it is like having an apple pie. My husband uses it all the time. Try it with the old favorite sugar and cinn. All I can say is that when I get low I'll be back for more. Do you have a jar for it? Thanks for the choice. Gina Wynne

This cinnamon is pungent, delicious and the best I have ever used. I do pour the little bag of cinnamon into a jar for easier use, but I don't mind having to do that because the spice is so delicious.

I bought this one time when I bought your ground nutmeg that you once sold(PLEASE bring that back!!). Your cinnamon is the best. I've since bought other Vietnamese Cinnamon, but those just don't even come close to yours. I could really tell the difference when I first used it in my pumpkin walnut bread. I will be buying it again for this year's Thanksgiving and Christmas baking.

I was fortunate to have a chef open 5 different jars of cinnamon and had me smell each one. The Vietnamese cinnamon was awesome compared to the others. I would never have believed this unless I was able to compare as I did.

I have been using this cinnamon for at least four years now and Love it. I use it in all my baking that calls for cinnamon. My family always loved my cinnamon coffee cake and now it has a much better and stronger flavor. The aroma of this spice is fantastic.

Ok, if you want to split hairs, yes, you can have authentic Cinnamon from Ceylon, but be prepared to to pay about 35.00 (give or take a few bucks) and yes, I used to do that. If you have that kind of moolah then by all means go for it. HOWEVER, if what you REALLY want is REAL TASTE effect- potent enough to make you SWOON over your cinnamon rolls and aren't concerned with being politically correct about your Cinnamon then BUY THIS IT'S UNBELIEVABLE and you will NEVER go back to what is available in the supermarket. PROMISE! Yeah, Penzy's is a good source for spices but if you ask me KAF is a BIG contender and a lot of times i have noticed a fresher taste from KAF. PLEASE keep up the good work KAF!!! P.S. KAF--Those little plastic bags are NOT adequate! PLEEEEZ come up with a larger size for all of us SERIOUS bakers and Cinnamon ADDICTS in a better container... Hmmmm???? Picking the most popular size to pack spices is always a toss up. In this case the smaller packaging size was the better way to go. Don't forget, when you buy 2 or more we discount this price. Frank @ KAF.
