This is NOT your mom's cinnamon! Our specially imported ground Vietnamese cinnamon is a top-seller, demanded by savvy cooks and bakers nationwide.
- Considered by many to be the world's finest cinnamon, Vietnamese cinnamon (a.k.a. Saigon cinnamon) is ground from dried, cultivated bark of cinnamon cassia grown in Vietnam.
- It's sweeter, more aromatic, and more powerful than the Indonesian cinnamon commonly sold in supermarkets.
- 2-ounce container.

My daughters laughed when they saw this cinnamon in their Christmas stockings... but who's laughing now... they love it and sing the praises of the wonderful flavor... and smell. French toast never tasted so wonderful
Maybe Vietnamese Cinnamon will replace the fresh orange of the past as treats in Christmas Stockings for all the good kids? Irene @ KAF

Much better than the regular grocery store cinnamon I've used in the past. It's a little expensive, but I found that I needed less for most recipes.

The BEST cinnamon I've ever smelled or tasted. "Pungent and intense" as the previous reviewer said. Makes a difference in your baking. Would order again.

I love cinnamon, and this is the best I've found. The aroma and taste are pungent and intense. My raisin bread would not be the same without it, and the price is great!

HUGE cinnamon flavor, amazing how superior this is to the supermarket stuff. I actually used too much the first time and overpowered my rolls, but I have the hang of it now. You've got to try this cinnamon - you'll never go back.

This is the most flavorful cinnamon I have found. However, I do have an issue with the packaging. I received mine in a bag, and it is the PITS. Bag won't reseal, spills everywhere. I ordered one for a friend, and it came in a container. Go figure. Bottom line, product-fantastic, packaging, the pits!

I Love everything "King Arthur" and trust your products. However, I was bitterly disappointed in this Cinnamon. It has MUCH less taste than the good commercial brand I now use. It also has a very unpleasant "Perfume-like" odor that doesn't enhance the products in which it's used. I make Cinnamon-cranberry bread at least once a week. The smell that produces while baking, is heavenly and part of it's appeal. When you make it with this Vietnamese product, there's no cinnamon odor...or much taste in the finished loaf. Perhaps it simply requires MORE in the mixture, but that would get expensive and inconvenient. I'm going back to my usual Cinnamon. Nothing lost, aside from the FULL trust I had in KA's testers' recommendations and the one disappointing loaf of bread.

Excellent, beats all the others in store hands down in taste and quality.

The difference between this cinnamon and what you get at the grocery--even from premium commercial brands--is very evident. When I make my "famous" cinnamon rolls, I always use this spice. It bumps them up to star quality!

There is no doubt that this item by far enhances any baked goods that requires cinnamon. I will NEVER bake with regular store bought cinnamon again. My father has prize winning apple pies and it's thanks to this! Love it!
