Top-seller cinnamon of choice

This is NOT your mom's cinnamon! Our specially imported ground Vietnamese cinnamon is a top-seller, demanded by savvy cooks and bakers nationwide.

  • Considered by many to be the world's finest cinnamon, Vietnamese cinnamon (a.k.a. Saigon cinnamon) is ground from dried, cultivated bark of cinnamon cassia grown in Vietnam.
  • It's sweeter, more aromatic, and more powerful than the Indonesian cinnamon commonly sold in supermarkets.
  • 3-ounce container.
WHY WE LOVE IT: Because of its higher oil content, Vietnamese cinnamon disperses more fully throughout your baked goods, giving them cinnamon-through-and-through flavor. The flavor of this cassia cinnamon just pops, too – tasting Vietnamese cinnamon next to supermarket cinnamon is like enjoying a cup of rich espresso, compared to downing a cup of watery coffee from a highway vending machine.

From the moment you open the package the fragrance of this amazing cinnamon grabs you. You can't compare this product to any other (sorry Penzey's but you don't even come close!) The flavor is amazing - will never use any other cinnamon again! Thanks KAF for another superior product!

This is incredible! If you're a cinnamon lover I highly suggest you buy this. As soon as I opened the jar I knew it was amazing. I can't use it without sticking a finger in and tasting. I'll never buy anything else. Thanks KAF!

If you have never tried this, you must. From what I understand, what is commonly sold as cinnamon in the US as cinnamon is from a tree that is closely-related to the good stuff but not the preferable. Use this and you will see that you don't even need sugar to sprinkle it on your toast. It's that smooth and sweet on its own. There isn't even a hint of bitterness to it. I've given this as gifts and had the recipients beg me for more!

This is the only cinnamon that I use. Like others have said, you CAN tell a difference. As long as KAF offers it, I will buy it. I just WISH KAF would bring back the ground nutmeg; it's also like no other.
So glad to hear that you love the cinnamon...it really is the best! I'll be sure to pass along your request to bring back the nutmeg to our merchandising team. ~Mel

Because I wanted to find a cinnamon streusel coffeecake, KAF introduced me to the quintessential cinnamon! The aroma as it fills the house while baking - YUM. And the flavor? AWESOME!

Both my husband and I are Scandinavian and cinnamon is NOT a flavour we use very often. I could never stand the over use/abuse of cinnamon in American-style cooking/baking and would usually substitute nutmeg or cardamom instead. I first tried your brand of cinnamon at a friend's and went WILD over it...not believing that cinnamon could taste THIS good! I'm on my third reorder of the Vietnamese Cinnamon and now my entire Scandi family finally enjoys the taste and smell of cinnamon. I refuse to buy ANY other brand or company's cinnamon, having fallen in love with the non-harsh and non-bitter version that you sell. :)

Aromatic, intensely flavored cinnamon. I gave a jar to my daughter and one to my friend. My other cinnamon is brown dust compared to this.

The best cinnamon I have ever tasted! I sprinkle it on a hot cast iron skillet with curry, cumin, ginger etc. to "toast" it for various dishes before I drop in butter or oil and then meat or onions. Wonderful!
