The pan arrived in perfect condition and was everything it was supposed to be. I made 34 dozen cookie with this pan and every one came out perfect! I gave the cookies as gifts. Now everyone wants to know how I did it and where I got the pan. Great product! Thinking of ordering another one.

OMG!!!! These are the most delicious cookies ever. The pan is easy to use, I measure out the tsps. of dough for all of cookies while the first batch is in the oven. I leave the measured ones in the refrigerator till I've removed the baked ones and it is just a piece of cake. I love it, love it, love it. Thank you King Arthur Flour for a great recipe with a great pan. Now THAT is baking enthusiasm! So glad you're happy with the pan! Tara@KAF

I used this pan at Christmas to make walnut cookies and they were a hit at the family Christmas party! The cookies just fell right out of the pan. Another great product from KA.

If every pan and recipe combination worked this well, the first thing we would do in the morning would be run to the kitchen and bake. Thank you for the idea.

I have been very pleased with this pan. Cookies pop out with ease. Washes well. Everything I've made with the pan has turned out to rave reviews.

The large box arrived today, and what a disappointment. First the pan is to long for the box so it doesn?t lay flat in it, it?s on edge diagonally across the box. The pan material is very thin so the shrink-wrap plastic covering it has warped it slightly so I don?t know how this thing will lay in the oven. The web page clearly states that the pan is 15? x 5? - somehow I only caught the 15? part ? assuming 15? WIDE ? you know, more like a normal American cookie pan. This thing is a 5? wide pan!!! Seriously? It makes 20 cookie halves per batch, so you have 10 cookies at a time. These are about an inch and a half in size. Do people really have nothing better to do than stand before the oven and take cookies in and out all afternoon? Will they use up the years supply of gas heating up the entire oven to bake this puny little tray? How about making this thing the size of a standard pan or double what you have for a whopping 10? wide at least?
Jo, I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the pan. If you would like to return it please call us at 1-800-827-6836 and any of our customer service representatives would be happy to assist you. Keri @ KAF
