While they look great these are a crispy crunchy mess. The texture is such that they should only be used for looks as the bite is unpleasant.

Nasty tasting, brittle texture... Not at all like their brown chocolate counterparts. They *do* make for a nice visual appearance, contrast, etc.... But what good is that if they don't taste good?

Picture a cake with a pool of chocolate ganache on top. Now sprinkle some of these babies around the edges of the pool. Bliss.
