The fondant worked perfectly. My cake was amazing looking and tasting. I bought the cookie cutters to match. Darling!!

I loved the idea of decorating with fondant and springerle molds! (I am not much of a decorator...) I made heart shaped cookies and topped them with heart shaped fondant that was pressed into a springerle mold for Valentine's Day. They looked beautiful--ALMOST too pretty to eat!

We've only used this fondant once so far, but we'll be using it lots in the future. Easy for the kids to cut out shapes to decorate dad's birthday cake. And delicious too!

This was the very same fondant that I can buy locally. I thought it would be a special KAF product. I was exceedingly disappointed. Personally, I don't find this brand of fondant to be anything special.

Kudos on this product from a first time rolled fondant user. If you have a heavy duty stand mixer (like Kitchen-Aid), let your dough hook do most of the work, just occasionally take the fondant out of mixer, pull like taffy and put back in mixer to knead again until its the consistency of very thick cookie dough (about 15 minutes) then roll out to desired size(s) for entire cakes and/or cut designs.

The best tasting fondant I've come across and easy to work with.

This is great, but how about real fondant sugar, too? Its texture is outstanding in other icings, and in many baked goods.
