CUSTOMER REVIEW: I like these mixing bowls–they are unbreakable and very light, and I think they are probably easier to keep "new" looking than melamine. I like them so much that I got a set for a dear friend who loves to bake, but can't lift her old Pyrex anymore–she broke her wrist, and it didn't heal properly. These bowls are just wonderful!

I love these bowls. I actually have a set of stainless steel and a set of glass bowls as well. Different bowls for different uses. I use this set the most because they are lightweight and the sizing is perfect for whatever I'm doing. They are easy to clean and don't seem to stain. And, the big plus, they are made in the USA. The price was good as well. Have wanted this set for quite a while, and I am so glad to see they are still being made and available through my favorite flour site!

I was disappointed with these bowls. by the picture, they look very big and spacious. They are actually small, and I only use the biggest one for mixing. One day, I had just finished hand-washing my largest bowl (I prefer to hand-wash) and it slipped out of my hand and fell on the wood floor. It cracked from the top to the bottom of the bowl. I was very upset. Even though I received a new bowl, I was not very happy with the quality of the bowls. I do like how light they are, though, and that is a plus.

I have to echo other users comments; I love these bowls - just have to remember not to put them in the microwave. Love how lightweight they are and I can use my metal whisks with them and not worry about scratching them.

I wanted some lightweight mixing bowls of various sizes and these fit the bill. I only wish they could be used in the microwave. Even so, I am very pleased with them.

Love Love Love The litle weight is so nice & the four sizes are perfect. They are good for any size mixing. Very sturdy, even when I use a metal spoon. I would recommend them for any kitchen.

These bowls were a great find. The set of four offers the perfect size for every need. Like other reviewers, I wanted something practical, lightweight, durable and easy to clean. These bowls fit the bill and at a great price compared to others available at popular kitchen stores.

I was born in Sheboygan and I know these are popular in that area. However, I didn't realize how great they are to use- lightweight but tough. Still look like new. Excellent product! I've been using them almost daily for years and buying a second set for a gift.

We think this is a terrific product. I have trouble handling the larger-sized glass mixing bowls, and the weight of these is just right. The set provides the right sizes, and they're also quite nice-looking. My husband's only caveat is that the light weight can be slightly inconvenient when mixing by hand, because the bowl moves around if not firmly held. If you have a silicone pad or mat you might try placing the bowl on it. That should help to keep it in one place. Tara@KAF
