Wisconsin's World Famous bowls
Made by The Ellinger's Agatized Wood company of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, these bowls are a test kitchen favorite.
- Stain-, chip-, peel-, blister- & crack-resistant.
- The warm look of wood; the easy-care of melamine.
- Bowls are 1-, 1 1/2-, 2 1/2- and 4-quart capacity.
- Size ranges from 5 1/2" to 10 ".
- A combination of pine "flour" & melamine.
- Dishwasher-safe (not microwave-safe).
CUSTOMER REVIEW: I like these mixing bowls–they are unbreakable and very light, and I think they are probably easier to keep "new" looking than melamine. I like them so much that I got a set for a dear friend who loves to bake, but can't lift her old Pyrex anymore–she broke her wrist, and it didn't heal properly. These bowls are just wonderful!

I got these bowls a few weeks ago and reach for them first not matter what I'm doing. They are attractive enough to use for serving and so light they just don't add any weight to my tasks. Don't blacken my counter tops like stainless steel either. I bought them for their durability and weight and like them so much more than I dreamed I would. I may order them for my daughter for Christmas, along with the small dough whisk.

I've only had these bowls for a few weeks and I can't figure out how I got by without them! They are awesome - lightweight, 4 great sizes and they clean up beautifully. I'll buy them for Christmas gifts as everyone should have a set!

Just a great set of bowls. Light weight, really sturdy, great sizes and made in Wisconsin. I didn't think I would really use them a lot as I have a couple of old plastic bowls I use a lot. Now I don't use anything else. It would be great if KA could start selling these by size and not just by the set.

Severe arthritis has put an end to piano playing but modifications can be made for baking, right?! These bowls are fab! They are so light, myhusband tossed it to me as he was unwrapping them....The polish pottery has been consigned to the upper shelves as all of it is too heavy, but these bowls will be used and cherished for the rest of my backing/cooking life. Great sizes, I am very pleased! Thank you so much for offering them, as items to assist the old age disabilities are hard to find. Love them!

These are wonderful bowls. They are lightweight, have a nice look & it's heartening to find a product made in the USA. I use mine all the time & am buying a set for my niece for her wedding shower.

I love these bowls and use them for everything...baking, mixing, and serving popcorn! Lightweight, non breakable, and they look great!

These bowls are the ABSOLUTE BEST bowls I have ever owned! They're lightweight, easy to clean and quite unique with their smooth finish and individual appearance! I would have never guessed that I would fall in love with wooden bowls! They stay out on my counter and are used EVERY DAY! What an AWESOME gift they would make for anyone that bakes and that appreciates QUALITY! ENJOY!!!

I know, I know...they're BOWLS. Maybe you think it's weird to wax poetic about mixing bowls. But I really, really, really love these things! They're so light and yet sturdy at the same time. I even love the way they sound when I nestle them together in my cabinet! So NOT plastic-y sounding. ;o) Easy to use. Love the different sizes -- I use them ALL the time. Highly recommended.
