I have purchased three of these yeast sets. I have two in my freezer, one with SAF yeast and the other with SAF yeast gold. The third I had sent to my brother. I love the locking lid and it perfectly holds the entire 1 lb. package of SAF.

This is the handiest setup that I have ever had in my kitchen! I put in right inside my freezer door and take it out and use it when I am making bread. The yeast is the best I have ever use also. I get so many complements on my bread making now!

Great little set and I highly recommend it just for the yeast alone, but now with the added benefit of a very handy container and perfect spoon, how can you lose? Had been meaning to give the yeast a try after too many failures with supermarket brands. Oh why, oh why, did we wait so long? Now we are having the success we used to with our fresh breads. And when you order this you should also get their Harvest Grains Blend. That is fantastic.

What a perfect little kit. I just started baking a lot more - before this I bought the little packets to use with my bread machine. Now that I am trying to become a frequent baker, this is the perfect little set. I keep it in my freezer!

Great way to store yeast! I love this set! It fits perfectly inside the freezer door and is airtight! Most importantly the container is BPA free!

Bought this without realizing it was instant yeast. Now I'm a believer in SAF Instant Yeast. Makes bread making easier, just open the container, scoop out a spoonful using the measuring spoon, and you're good to go. I keep it in the fridge and it should last me a while.

Very convenient to have all the items packaged together. The canister is great and fits in the door of my freezer. I also like the scoop because I don't have to guess how much is in a packet of yeast. I bought the individual packets for years and thought yeast was yeast...there is a difference!
