Waffles

Crisp, light waffles are simple to make: all you need is a waffle iron, and our yummy pancake mix.

Waffles
  1. Pancake mix
  2. 1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
  3. 2 1/4 cups milk
  4. 2 large eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat your waffle iron, and grease it generously.
  2. Combine the mix, melted butter or oil, milk, and eggs, stirring until nearly smooth. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes, to thicken.
  3. Bake the waffles in your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Yield: six 6" round Belgian-style waffles
