Toasted Coconut Blondie

The classic blondie gets all dressed up with nutty, toasted coconut flavors.

Ingredients
  1. Essential Goodness Coconut Cupcake + Frosting Mix
  2. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  3. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  4. 1 large egg
  5. 1/4 cup flaked coconut, unsweetened
  6. 1/2 cup of your favorite chip, chunk, or nut
Instructions
  1. Combine the frosting and cake mix with the flour.
  2. Beat in butter and egg, mixing until combined.
  3. Stir in your chunk or chip of choice.
  4. Press batter into a greased 8" square pan and top evenly with the flaked coconut.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until the bars have set. Cool in pan and enjoy!
