Chocolate Muffin Puffs (and mini puffs!)

These puffs have all the right stuff: lots of chocolate, a perfectly airy texture, and a sophisticated look to impress a crowd.

Ingredients
  1. Essential Goodness Double Chocolate Cookie Mix
  2. 1/2 cup oil or melted butter
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 1 large egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease or line 12 standard or 48 mini muffin cups.
  2. Stir together the cookie mix, oil or butter, milk, and egg until well combined, scraping the bowl as needed.
  3. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared muffin cups.
  4. Bake standard puffs for 16-20 minutes, mini puffs for 9-11 minutes, until the center feels set and springs back when gently pressed and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer the puffs to a wire rack to finish cooling. Store in an airtight container.

Yield: 12 standard puffs or 48 mini puffs
