Baker’s tips

  • Whole flax seeds can be added to batters and doughs or sprinkled on top without compromising the bakeability of your recipe.
  • You can grind the whole seeds into a meal and use it to replace 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of the flour in your recipe. (You may need to add an additional tablespoon or so of water or other liquid.)
