I would give this product 10 stars! Have tried other gluten free flours and they always seemed to have an "off" taste no matter what I baked. I made oatmeal raisin cookies with this flour and no one knew that I had used Measure for Measure. Blueberry pancakes this morning - following another favorite recipe - and these were great!
