Fudgy Malted Milk Chocolate Bars

Not all brownies are dark chocolate! Using our malted milk cupcake mix makes a lovely and lighter-flavored bar.

Ingredients
  1. Malted Milk Chocolate Cupcake + Frosting Mix
  2. 1 cup King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  3. 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) butter, softened
  4. 1 large egg
  5. 1/2 cup chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, or chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Combine the frosting and cupcake mix with flour.
  2. Beat in butter, egg, and chips/chunks/nuts.
  3. Press into a greased 8" x 8" pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
  5. Cool in pan, cut, and enjoy!
