Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

Two delicious mixes become one fabulous dessert!

Cheesecake Crust
  1. Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Bar crust mix
  2. 4 tablespoons melted butter
Cheesecake Filling
  1. Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Bar filling mix
  2. One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 large egg
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  1. Everyone's Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie mix
  2. 8 tablespoons softened butter
  3. 1 large egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9" x 13" pan, or line it with parchment.
  2. To make the crust: Combine the crust mix and melted butter, stirring until uniform crumbs form. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, until beginning to set. Remove it from the oven.
  4. To make the filling: Beat the filling ingredients together for 30 seconds on low speed and 2 minutes on medium speed, scraping the bowl as needed. Set it aside.
  5. To make the chocolate chip cookie dough: Stir together the cookie mix, butter, and egg, scraping the bowl as needed.
  6. Spread the filling over the hot crust. Break the cookie dough into small pieces and sprinkle them atop the filling.
  7. Bake the bars for 36 to 42 minutes, until the cookie is beginning to brown on top and the center feels fairly firm to the touch.
  8. Remove the bars from the oven. Allow them to cool for 1 hour at room temperature, then chill them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting and serving.
