- Preheat a griddle to medium heat.
- Cut the bread into 3/4" to 1" thick slices.
- Combine the garlic oil and melted butter, and spread it on both sides of each piece of bread.
- Fry the bread until golden brown on each side.
- Serve hot.
- Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
