Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle to medium heat.
  2. Cut the bread into 3/4" to 1" thick slices.
  3. Combine the garlic oil and melted butter, and spread it on both sides of each piece of bread.
  4. Fry the bread until golden brown on each side.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
