Amaranth flour is versatile, full of whole-grain nutrition, and enhances the flavor of your favorite recipes (replace up to 25% of the flour in your recipe with it). Certified gluten-free, it adds a mildly earthy taste to sweet and savory baked goods.

We fell in love with this flour and worked hard to find the very best type for the home kitchen: Our amaranth flour is more finely ground than most which makes it better suited for baking, with a wonderfully unique flavor.

Amaranth is the only grain to contain vitamin C. It's packed with protein and contains lysine, an essential amino acid missing in most grains. Amaranth is a good source of iron, magnesium, and phosphorus.
