I bought these cookie cutters for holiday baking and they have not disappointed me. I liked the shape of them and the variety of three different sizes. They also have a good feel to them when using. I do not use them specifically for linzer cookies even though that is what their design is intended for. Try them, you will like the design of the cookie. The size of the cut out cookie also makes the cookie easy to decorate not mention pretty.

These cutters are also EXCELLENT to use when cutting out Springerle Cookies. They give each cookie that "special" touch that makes a springerle look beautifully delicate.

Nice variety of sizes, although I could have gone with one or two smaller for the center cut out for the linzer cookie, but I will use a mini cutter for that. I used these for my shortbread also to make them just a little more fancy.

I had been looking for plain square cutters and when i found these double sided, it's like getting a set free! I think square biscuits are easier to cut. Less re-rolling! and they fit on a rectangle pan so much better. Highly recommended from this southern cook!
