Test kitchen tips
  • For best results, use the dough cycle on your bread machine and bake the loaf in an 8½" x 4½" pan in the oven at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes. Baking in the machine will result in a shorter, somewhat denser loaf.
  • To make rolls: Divide dough into 8 pieces. Shape into balls, and place in a lightly greased 9" round pan. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour, or until almost doubled. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
