Our organic blend includes oat, wheat, rye, barley, Kamut® wheat, and rice flakes. Use it any recipe calling for rolled oats or flaked grains. It’s packed with protein and fiber, but more importantly, tastes richer and more complex than any single grain on its own.

Try it for breakfast: Boil 2 cup water, add 1 cup grains and a pinch of salt, and simmer for 5 minutes. Top it with heavy cream and brown sugar for a comforting bowl, or get adventurous and stir in tahini and slivered almonds.
