Love this fork! Great for avocados, eggs, batter, potatoes, separating noodles while cooking, fluffing rice.... you name it. I always tell my hubby that I want my "big fork" buried with me. Its the one thing I cant do without

I don't make pastry often, but I use this for mashing avocado for guacamole, and I just discovered it's great for stirring the separated oil into tahini and peanut butter.

I don't like to write reviews, but I just ordered another one of these forks....This one will be number 5....This is the tool I reach for, for everything from frying chicken to making bissuits..it is truly a universal tool. I don't know which I would give up first my Kitchen Aid or my fork!

Works great for making pie dough, biscuits, and other treats. It's also a good meat fork for serving.

This was on my Christmas with list. It works better than my pastry blender cutting in shortening and better than your whisk for mixing ingredients. Wish I had seen this years ago. Everyone should have one.

This is really a great tool. A must for biscuits and cornbread - I even use mine to scramble eggs!

Love it, easy to use and EASY to clean. Nice heavy stainless steel. Granted I could have lived without it, but it will remain at the front of my baking crap drawer. Instead of disappearing into the odd ball collection, in the back of drawer. I am going to order a few more of them... for Host/Hostess/Christmas gifts for my baking friends.
