I love this pie bag and recommend it for any one who has trouble rolling pie crusts. I used it to roll out sugar cookies this last Christmas, and the cookies turned out great. not cracked edges. This makes a great gift for someone.

Used for the first time today. All I can say is WOW. So easy. It did slide on the counter a bit but a silicone mat underneath took care of that. Easy clean up.

I have been making pies for 50+ years. This is the best thing ever! I have had to go gluten free, and rolling gluten free like a traditional crust is not the ticket. This saved me so much aggravation! I will never be without one again!

A crucial ingredient for the best pies. For a double crust, I use two. Roll them both out in the bag, stick them in the fridge to chill while making the filling. Preheat oven, then quickly transfer bottom crust to pan, then filling, top with the second then quickly to the oven. Chilling the crust makes the results very tender but flakey and NOTHING has ever worked better. But you need the bags to make it work! I have given these bags to so many of my friends that I now buy them four at time and use them as gifts along with my mom's Apple Pie Recipe!

Miraculous! I could never roll out a butter crust before, let alone a Gluten-Free. I was going to forget the idea forever and stick with an oil crust, until I decided to give this a try. Now a cinch! Easy roll out (no flour needed) easy transfer, easy clean up. Pie crust is daunting for everyone, but this is child's play now. Wax papers and plastic film wraps stick with butter too. What an absolutely ingenious invention. It would even be great for rolling cookies out to a desired thickness.

I shouldn't have waited so long to get this. I'm really terrible at rolling pie crust into anything that even remotely resembles a circle. This little genius of plastic and zippers made me look like a pro!

I have used these pie crust bags for years and they're great. This is the only way I can be assured that my pizzas and pie crusts will come out perfectly - no one needs to know I cheated! Afterwards, I put them in soapy water and swish to clean and let them dry out so that they'll be ready for my next culinary adventure.

I love this item. I just used it to roll out a Gluten Free pie crust - which I think would have been more challenging without the bag. Loved the fact that I didn't have a huge mess to clean after rolling out my crust.
