Artisan loaves take their shape from a traditional coiled cane brotform. Your loaves can, too. When dough is risen, turn it out onto a pan to bake. Loaf will sport a gorgeous pattern of floury rings circling the golden crust.

This traditional coiled cane has a unique ringed shape. Absorbs moisture as dough rises, which gives it a better, more crisp crust when it bakes.
