  • I have always made my Texas Toast by broiling the bread and then turning it but this method is easier, faster less likely to burn and much more delicious. I have made it with KAF English muffin toasting bread and with pain de mie with great success. Frying the bread makes the inside soft and luscious- like it was just baked again.

  • Delicious!!! The English muffin toasting bread is an easy recipe to whip up quickly and makes wonderful Texas toast!! I've made it in a frying pan and in a grill pan on the stove. Can't wait to try it on the outdoor grill once the weather warms up!!
